Pumpkin Egg Nog Creamer

Ingredients:
1 cup canned coconut milk (or heavy cream)
1T Pumpkin Puree (canned or homemade)
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Egg
Optional: 2-3 table spoons honey or othet sweetener (to taste)

Blend all ingredients (I used a Magic Bullet). If you are concerned about consuming raw eggs pour in a small pan and heat until steaming but not to a boil.
Very yummy in coffee or chai tea. Or as a single serving of eggnog. Enjoy!
